Adobo Tocino Recipe:
1 can Ve-G-Gluten Tocino
2 medium onions
4 cloves of garlic
2 T oil
4 medium potatoes
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp mushroom powder
1 T sugar
3 T soy sauce
1 T calamansi or lemon juice
4 bay leaves (laurel)
Sautee onions and garlic in oil. Add potato and cook until tender. Add Ve-G-Gluten Tocino. Add seasonings and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
