Adobo Ve-G-Franks Recipe:
1 can Ve-G-Franks cut into 1 inch lengths
2 Medium Onions
4 Cloves of Garlic
2 T Oil
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Mushroom pPowder
1 T Sugar
3 T Soy Sauce
1 T Calamansi or Lemon Juice
4 Bay Leaves (laurel)
4 T Water
Sautee onions and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
